By definition of basic human civil rights, no personal shall be discriminated regardless of gender, skin color, religion, etc. Unfortunately, that wasn’t always the case - until the actual court case Brown v. Board of Education started the movement. Shortly after, political activist Martin Luther King Jr. led several non-violent protests. This song covers two of the most important laws to ever be passed, the Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act.
